Leo manages the day
to day activities of the company, and is also directing Energy New
England's financial operations, including accounting, risk and credit
management, trading and banking relationships. He brings many years’
executive experience in corporate finance, banking and entrepreneurial
ventures to ENE. Leo was a divisional vice president at Shawmut Bank, with
responsibility for business line profitability, strategic planning and
general management of major line divisions. He also served as president
and chief operating officer of a privately owned, national financial
services company, as executive vice president and chief operating
officer of a private, national real estate development company, and as
director of a national retail store business and many diverse banking
subsidiaries. He is a graduate of Harvard College, attended Amos Tuck at
Dartmouth and holds an MBA from Babson. |

John is responsible for the company's strategic planning; business and portfolio development; contracts and pricing;
marketing, sales and customer services functions. Prior to
joining ENE, he served as senior officer and vice president for Select
Energy. John was
responsible for P&L, as well as the capitalization and subsequent
launch of this subsidiary into the competitive marketplace. He managed
all disciplines at Select, including marketing, sales, and customer
service. Prior to heading up Select, he served as vice president of Retail
Marketing for Select's parent, Northeast Utilities. Before joining the
energy industry, John also served at a senior level in the marketing and
communications fields for The Travelers and Connecticut Mutual. John is
a graduate of Trinity College, and received an MA from Wesleyan
University and an MA from the University of Connecticut. |

Tim oversees all
aspects of the company's energy and power services functions to include
long-term power marketing and short-term power trading on both an
individual customer and aggregated basis. Tim directs those initiatives
to enable municipal systems to serve customer demand at the lowest
possible cost, while maximizing the value of fuel supply, power
contracts, generating plants and emission credits. He oversees all
forecasting, reporting and settlement services, as well. Prior to
joining ENE, Tim served as Planning Engineer for Taunton Municipal
Lighting Plant managing the wholesale supply needs for this 120MW
utility, including fuel procurement for a 136 MW generation facility. He
started his career at the Badger subsidiary of Raytheon. Tim received
both a BS and an MS in mechanical engineering from the University of
Massachusetts. |

| Steve works directly with key officials of municipal utilities throughout New England in the provision of energy efficiency services. He came to ENE from Mass-Save, Inc. where he served as a Program Manager implementing energy conservation services for member utilities in Massachusetts. Steve served on the Public Advisory Committee to the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources (DOER), and has been instrumental in the filing of the annual Utility Implementation Plan with the Department of Telecommunications and Energy (DTE) on behalf of 34 electric, gas and municipal light departments. He is also among the few DOER-certified Multifamily/Commercial & Industrial energy auditors in Massachusetts. Steve earned a BS degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from the New Mexico Institute of Technology. |

| Donna is responsible for the day-to-day management of all aspects of the company's residential conservation service programs, including administrative, procedural and programmatic protocols to ensure high quality delivery of residential programs and compliance with applicable state regulations. She oversees all relationships with utility customers and oversees field consulting services, as well. Donna is a resident of Holden, MA, and also serves on the Municipal Electric Power Advisory Board in Holden. She has also completed DOER Massachusetts Energy Advisor Training and attended Worcester State College. |

| George provides auditing, advisory and technical support services on behalf of ENE’s water conservation and asset optimization initiatives. He has more than 25 years of experience in water/wastewater management and treatment and most recently was responsible for all aspects of water use, chemistry, and water/wastewater treatment at PG&E Generating Company’s Manchester Street Station in Providence, RI. He has also worked for Aquagenics Inc. and Stone & Webster Engineering Corporation where he provided water/wastewater engineering and consulting services to a wide range of clients. George received his BSCE and MSCE degrees from Northeastern University. |

| Mark manages the fuel hedging requirements for our wholesale customers, including customer generating assets and entitlements, as well as fuel-indexed contracts. Mark provides technical market analysis across the fuel complex, and develops long-term cross-commodity hedging strategies to manage customer load needs and extract optimal value from generating resources. Mark comes to us from Select Energy where he traded natural gas and oil futures and options, developed and executed hedging strategies for natural gas storage and transportation, and provided technical market analysis in support of the company’s trading initiatives. Prior to Select, Mark served in various operational and trading roles at AES New Energy. He traded short and longer-term power in several regions including PJM, NYISO, Cinergy, ComEd, ECAR, ERCOT, and MAIN. Mark received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Syracuse University. |

| Gil manages the day-to-day portfolio needs of our wholesale customers to include short-term power and capacity trading, as well as ISO spot market optimization for customer generation assets. Gil comes to us from PG&E Trading, where he functioned in various asset management and optimization roles. He was responsible for bidding, scheduling, and optimizing PG&ET’s fleet of generators throughout New England, including coal, gas, oil, hydro and pumped storage generation. Prior to PGET, Gil managed assets and traded short-term power for Orion Power Holdings in Maryland after starting his career at General Dynamics Electric Boat in various engineering and analyst roles. Gil received his Bachelor of Science at Massachusetts Maritime Academy and his Executive Master of Business Administration at the University of Rhode Island. |
