Energy New England (ENE) has launched ECHOSM as the sustainability management enterprise of ENE.
ECHOSM is based on the prefix eco, which means "home", and our need to care for our home. The enterprise is committed to providing comprehensive and timely solutions that address all facets of sustainabilitiy and demand side management.
Owned by municipal utilities, ECHOSM will continue to serve as Stewards of the Public’s Trust, and meet the needs of residential, commercial and industrial accounts, as well as utilities and institutional clients.

ECHOSM has built a formidable portfolio of solutions ranging from conservation to carbon mitigation to clean technology offerings. We have developed the 4 C’s of sustainability, including Conservation, Commodity Offerings, Carbon Mitigation and Clean Technologies.
In so doing, ECHOSM integrated the retail operations of Energy New England and will build upon their formidable expertise in demand side management of our energy and water resources.
