Water Conservation Services

Energy New England…Committed to Conservation

Energy New England is a leading provider of energy conservation and optimization services throughout the region. Since 1998, ENE has been recognized for its comprehensive approach to delivering a variety of energy efficiency services, including energy audits, facility evaluations and diagnostic services, to dozens of municipal utilities and other entities throughout New England.

Now, ENE is leveraging its expertise in energy efficiency and providing an array of specialized services to help promote the benefits of water conservation. Consistent with our company-wide commitment to environmental stewardship, ENE actively promotes - and works towards - the preservation of our natural environment.

On the energy side, we help companies and utilities attain energy efficiency and optimization of their equipment to lessen the demand for electricity. This, in turn, lessens our dependence upon fossil fuels and enhances air quality. We also provide for emissions trading, asset optimization, and portfolio diversity, including renewable energy resources.

Unlike energy, though, water resources are finite. And, in today’s environment, they are actually dwindling. Indeed, it is estimated that the United States today uses more than 340,000 million gallons per day (Mgal/d) of freshwater. That’s about one quarter of the national renewable supply!
